What You’ll Do
As
Chief Financial Officer, you will act as the senior financial leader overseeing finance, accounting, business systems, and compliance.
- Lead finance and accounting strategy to achieve annual and long‑term objectives
- Serve as a hands‑on Chief Financial Officer driving forecasting, budgeting, and financial discipline
- Oversee accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance
- Mentor and develop the accounting team for long‑term success
- Identify and execute automation and process‑improvement initiatives
- Partner cross‑functionally as a trusted Chief Financial Officer and business advisor
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; 10+ years of related experience
- Proven success as a Chief Financial Officer or senior financial leader in a growing environment
- Strong Excel, Google Sheets, and QuickBooks Online experience
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem‑solving, and execution skills
- Process‑oriented leader with high attention to detail
- Excellent communicator with collaborative leadership style
- High integrity and ability to manage confidential information
