The Opportunity
This role is best suited for someone who:
-Has sold technology solutions to travel businesses
-Understands how marketing drives demand and revenue
-Wants meaningful ownership in building a category-defining company
Responsibilities
1. Revenue Engine (End-to-End Ownership)
-Own pipeline, conversion, retention, and expansion
-Define pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy
-Establish a predictable and scalable revenue model
2. Sales System (From Zero to Scalable)
-Personally close early customers
-Build sales playbooks tailored to hotels, tour operators and tour advisors
-Transition from founder-led sales to team-based sales
3. Marketing & Demand Generation
-Build a content-driven growth engine
-Develop clear positioning and messaging
-Drive inbound and outbound demand
-Apply strong marketing fundamentals like Persona-driven targeting,
Funnel optimization, Conversion strategy and ROI-focused campaigns
4. Travel Industry Distribution
-Leverage experience selling into travel businesses
-Build partnerships with:
Agencies and host networks
Hotel groups
Travel tech platforms
-Develop scalable channels and reseller models
5. Product-Market Fit Acceleration
-Work directly with the product to refine:
Messaging
Use cases
Customer onboarding
-Ensure the product clearly drives revenue outcomes
6. Customer Success → Revenue Expansion
-Ensure customers achieve measurable ROI
-Turn success into case studies and repeatable growth
-Build retention and upsell systems
7. Fundraising Support
-Help articulate the revenue story to investors
-Support positioning and growth narrative
-Contribute to scaling strategy
Requirement
-Experience selling SaaS or technology into travel businesses
-Strong understanding of marketing as a revenue driver:
SEO / content marketing
Customer acquisition funnels
Conversion optimization
Compensation Structure
This role is designed for someone who is motivated by ownership and long-term upside, not short-term salary.
Initial compensation: minimal to no cash compensation
Primary compensation: meaningful equity ownership

Compensation adjusted when:
The company reaches $500K+ ARR, or Outside funding is secured
