We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Business Operations Assistant to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on, varied position that spans IT coordination, internal communications, and general administrative support across the business.
Working closely with teams across multiple locations, you’ll play a central role in supporting employees both in-office and remotely.
You’ll act as a key link between internal teams and external IT providers, while also contributing to internal communications and digital content management. This opportunity is ideal for someone early in their career who is tech-savvy, organised, and eager to gain exposure across different areas of the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
IT Coordination & Support
- Serve as the main liaison between employees and third-party IT support providers
- Track and manage IT support requests, ensuring timely resolution
- Coordinate the setup, repair, replacement, and return of hardware
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including devices and software licences
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes (equipment, system access, setup)
- Provide basic troubleshooting and first-line support where needed
Business Operations & Administration
- Deliver day-to-day administrative support across teams, including collaboration with the New York office
- Assist with internal processes, documentation, and record management
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and general operational activities
- Work with external vendors and support basic purchasing tasks
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills
- Strong organisational ability with the capacity to manage multiple priorities
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable using digital tools and quick to learn new systems and technologies
- Familiar with everyday office tech and Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook), with the ability to troubleshoot common issues (e.g. printers, connectivity)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, proactive, and keen to learn
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in administration, operations, IT support, or a similar role
- Exposure to IT support workflows or helpdesk systems
- Experience using Microsoft 365 tools in a professional setting
- Familiarity with content management systems, particularly WordPress
