- Serve as the internal EOS champion (Integrator function), ensuring leadership and team adherence to the EOS model, including Rocks, L10 Meetings, Scorecards, and the V/TO.
- Facilitate quarterly and annual planning sessions, translating the company vision into departmental Rocks and measurable milestones.
- Drive adoption of EOS tools and disciplines across all teams, coaching department leads on traction, accountability, and issue-solving.
- Maintain and evolve the company scorecard, ensuring real-time visibility into business health and performance.
- Identify and resolve organizational drag, structural, process, or people-related, that impedes traction.
PMO Leadership & Portfolio Governance
Build and lead InRhythm's Project Management Office as a strategic function:
- Establish PMO standards, frameworks, and governance models that ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across all client and internal projects.
- Own the portfolio view of all active engagements, tracking health, risks, resource allocation, and strategic alignment.
- Define and enforce project delivery methodologies (Agile, hybrid) and ensure teams are equipped with the tools and training to execute.
- Partner with client delivery leads to proactively identify risks, resolve escalations, and drive on-time, on-budget execution.
- Produce executive-level reporting on portfolio performance, including KPIs, milestone tracking, and trend analysis.
AI-Powered Operations
Champion the use of artificial intelligence as a core operational lever across the business:
- Identify, pilot, and scale AI tools and workflows that improve operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and team productivity across PMO, finance, HR, and client delivery.
- Partner with engineering and product leadership to evaluate and integrate AI-driven platforms (e.g., predictive analytics, automated reporting, intelligent resource planning).
- Develop an internal AI operations roadmap, prioritizing use cases, measuring impact, and institutionalizing best practices.
- Train and enable teams to adopt AI tools confidently, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
- Stay current on the evolving AI landscape and proactively recommend tools that create operational advantage for InRhythm and its clients.

- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual business planning and reporting cadence in partnership with finance and executive leadership.
- Enforce budget and expense management on approved projects, with clear accountability frameworks and variance reporting.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs across business units, surfacing insights that drive strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into business performance.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational leverage across the organization.
Process Optimization & Business Transformation
- Design and implement scalable, standardized procedures across business operations to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.
- Apply systems thinking and data-driven analysis to diagnose root causes of operational challenges and implement sustainable solutions.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline workflows, eliminate redundancies, and introduce automation where applicable.
