The Role
This role supports the Wholesale team and serves as the connective tissue between internal partners, retail accounts, sales reps, and international distributors. Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, this role helps keep Nomadix's product data, wholesale orders, seasonal launches, and partner communications running smoothly across our ERP, e-commerce, and B2B platforms.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Platform Ownership
- Support the B2B site as a core area of ownership, including lifestyle imagery, listings, and seasonal catalogs
- Partner with Creative and Wholesale on banners, landing pages, and B2B email campaigns
- Help maintain the full product lifecycle across the ERP and B2B platform, keeping product data clean and consistent
Wholesale Order Execution
- Serve as the operational backbone of the wholesale order book, tracking all open orders in the ERP
- Manage ship windows and extensions, and communicate proactively when orders are at risk
- Track EDI orders for key retail partners end-to-end, coordinating closely with the 3PL
- Deliver weekly sell-through reporting to the Director of Wholesale
Go-to-Market & Tradeshows
- Build seasonal order forms for sales reps, accounts, and international distributors
- Enter sample orders for factory submission and coordinate sample logistics through delivery
- Distribute seasonal assets, price lists, and sales programs to the right channels
- Support tradeshow prep, covering product needs, booth logistics, and the seasonal booth calendar
- May be required to travel for shows and events
International Distributors & Sales Rep Support
- Support international distributor operations: order entry, price list maintenance, seasonal order forms, and PO timing coordination
- Onboard distributors into the B2B platform for mid-season reordering
- Support 25+ sales reps with regular reporting on lapsed accounts and monthly and seasonal sales goals
Additional Skills Needed
Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, B2B platform experience (RepSpark, Elastic, NuORDER), ERP experience, Dropbox, etc.
