About the Role
The Sales Operation Specialist will support sales managers across various accounts, working with customers and internal teams to resolve issues, track orders, verify pricing, and coordinate deliveries with HQ Sales, while monitoring accounts receivable and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customer operations teams to assess scheduling issues and align on solutions
- Track and manage open orders, including expedited requests — verifying pricing, coordinating inventory with HQ, and monitoring shipment/billing
- Process daily Sales Orders (SO) and Delivery Orders (DO) based on customer POs; track billing status
- Support month-end closing activities to maximize recognized revenue and meet sales targets
- Manage customer purchase orders and generate sales reports; maintain documentation for cross-functional teams
- Monitor customer credit limits and accounts receivable; resolve credit issues with customers and the credit team
- Develop and update operations manuals and share best practices within the team
What You'll Need
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High-level organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work quickly and accurately, independently and in a team environment
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
- Fluent in English; conversational Korean
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree or experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, or a related field (internship experience acceptable)
- Financial skills/background
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and/or SAP
Work Environment
- Standard office environment
- Occasional evening/weekend work may be required
Compensation & Benefits
- $50,000–$60,000/year
