Hiring: GTM Lead (Growth | Data | Systems)

🚀 Role Overview
As a GTM Lead, you will own and drive the entire top-of-funnel motion — from identifying target accounts to launching campaigns and optimizing performance.
You’ll collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to build a data-backed, repeatable GTM model that fuels pipeline and revenue growth.
Your work will directly impact how businesses:

🎯 Key Responsibilities
🧠 Account Research, Targeting & GTM Foundations
· Define ICPs, segmentation, category POVs, value propositions, and buying triggers
· Build high-quality target account lists using tools like Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and enrichment platforms
· Identify buying signals and map key decision-makers across accounts
· Document structured account intelligence for personalized outreach
✍️ Positioning, Messaging & Outreach Enablement
· Translate GTM insights into strong positioning and messaging frameworks
· Create personalized messaging for sales-led and product-led growth motions
· Ensure consistency across email, LinkedIn, and sales conversations
📩 Outbound Campaign Design & Execution
· Build and execute multi-touch outbound campaigns across email & LinkedIn
· Use tools like SalesHandy, SmartLead, Instantly, etc.
· Manage outbound infrastructure (domains, warm-up, deliverability, sender reputation)
· Continuously A/B test subject lines, messaging, and timing
📊 Pipeline Generation & Lead Qualification
· Manage inbound & outbound responses with context-aware follow-ups
· Qualify leads based on ICP fit, intent, and readiness
· Maintain accurate pipeline updates and ensure smooth handoffs to sales teams
🚀 Launch Planning & Demand Programmes
· Translate product/service roadmaps into structured GTM and demand programs
· Align outbound, inbound, content, and sales efforts around launches
📈 Playbooks, Reporting & Optimisation
· Build scalable GTM playbooks across outbound, SEO, paid, and brand-led growth
· Track KPIs: outreach volume, open rates, reply rates, meetings, pipeline
· Identify high-performing segments and optimize campaigns
· Create dashboards and reporting systems for leadership visibility
· Continuously refine targeting, messaging, and sequencing strategies
✅ Requirements
· 4–5 years of experience in:
· Outbound Sales / Growth Ops / Demand Generation
· Preferably in B2B SaaS or product companies
· Strong hands-on experience with outbound tools & GTM systems
· Analytical mindset with a strong bias for experimentation
· Ability to build processes from 0 → 1 and scale them
· Excellent communication and storytelling skills
