Role Overview
This role is responsible for the end-to-end execution of Sales Play programs within a Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. The Program Manager will lead the planning, execution, and reporting of strategic initiatives aligned to global and regional priorities, while partnering cross-functionally with sales, solutions, and pipeline teams.
The ideal candidate brings strong project management expertise, business acumen, and executive communication skills, with the ability to translate complex GTM strategies into actionable plans.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
- Lead Sales Plays from initiation through execution and completion
- Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple projects
- Track performance using dashboards and ensure high-quality outputs
- Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
Strategic Planning
- Analyze program performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Share insights, best practices, and innovations with cross-functional teams
Content Governance
- Maintain and update Sales Play content on a regular cadence
- Ensure alignment with priority solutions and organizational frameworks
- Manage tagging, structure, and organization of GTM assets
Executive Communication
- Develop project plans, status reports, and executive presentations
- Simplify complex GTM strategies for business stakeholders
- Support leadership in strategic decision-making
GTM Activation
- Partner with global and regional teams to activate Sales Plays
- Align execution with seller roles, regional priorities, and GTM goals
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate across Sales, GTM, Business Units, and regional teams
- Gather field feedback to improve content and program effectiveness
Team Enablement
- Coordinate with cross-functional contributors and subject matter experts
- Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining accountability for outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in program/project management within GTM, sales, or strategy environments
- Strong understanding of sales processes, GTM strategy, and pipeline development
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including executive-level reporting
- Experience working with Sales Play programs or sales enablement initiatives
- Familiarity with content governance or asset management frameworks
- Experience with enterprise software or SaaS environments
