You'll play a key role on the leadership team, partnering cross-functionally to support growth, improve commercial execution, and deliver strong business results. This role is customer-facing and plays an important part in the sales interaction process to support commercial operations and customer relationships.
The ideal candidate is an experienced leader who has managed teams, driven performance, and partnered cross-functionally to deliver strong financial and commercial outcomes.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in project management, sales/sales ops, business development, procurement or related fields.
- Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment
- Strong commercial, financial, and negotiation skills.
- Has led and participated in SIOP Process
- Lean/continuous improvement experience preferred.
This role requires U.S. person status under ITAR.
