We are looking for a Sales & Data Analyst who can turn numbers into insights that directly improve sales performance and customer experience.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data but also understands how sales teams operate and what drives results. This role is not remote and requires working in person at one of our assigned locations.
You will help the team make better decisions by analyzing sales trends, customer behavior, and operational performance, then translating that into clear, actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Analyze sales performance data, customer behavior, and operational trends
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track key sales metrics
- Write queries to extract and organize data from internal systems
- Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and conversion rates
- Support sales and operations teams with data-driven insights
- Monitor KPIs and highlight issues or changes in performance
- Help improve how sales data is tracked, structured, and used across teams
- Collaborate with leadership to support planning and decision-making
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with data, numbers, and reports
- Ability to interpret sales trends and business performance
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills (able to explain insights clearly)
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets required
- Bonus: experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Bonus: understanding of sales environments or customer-facing businesses
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Additional education in business, analytics, marketing, or related fields is a plus
Training
Training will be provided on systems, data tools, sales processes, and reporting standards.
