BEL Engineering is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee all financial operations, drive financial planning, and support executive decision-making. The CFO will play a key role in shaping the company?s financial strategy and ensuring long-term sustainability and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the company?s financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals
Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory standards
Manage cash flow, capital structure, and investment planning
Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team
Monitor financial performance and identify risks and opportunities
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Establish and maintain internal controls and financial policies
Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders
Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
8?15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
Strong knowledge of financial management, corporate finance, and accounting principles
Experience in engineering, construction, or related industries is a plus
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Proven ability to develop financial strategies and drive business growth
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
