Viperhive Security is looking for an organised and proactive Business Operations Coordinator with cybersecurity knowledge to support our growth across the UK and Indian markets.
Compensation:
- First three months: ₹2,000 per month during the initial performance-evaluation period
- From the fourth month: ₹12,000 per month following successful evaluation and written confirmation of continued engagement
- Progression will depend on work quality, consistency, communication, reliability and achievement of agreed responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Research suitable companies and potential business opportunities
- Identify organisations that may require web application or API security services
- Conduct professional email and LinkedIn outreach
- Explain Viperhive Security’s services clearly to potential clients
- Maintain lead records and update the company CRM
- Schedule meetings and manage follow-ups
- Coordinate proposals, quotations and client documentation
- Support client onboarding and internal task tracking
- Provide weekly pipeline and activity updates
- Ensure no pricing or service commitment is made without founder approval
Required skills:
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity, web application security and API security
- Understanding of penetration testing, vulnerability assessments and the OWASP Top 10
- Ability to communicate cybersecurity services in clear business language
- Strong written and spoken English
- Professional email and LinkedIn communication
- Good research, organisation and follow-up abilities
- Familiarity with spreadsheets, CRM tools and business documentation
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Awareness of UK and Indian business markets is beneficial
- Cybersecurity education, certification or relevant experience is preferred
