Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to drive business growth and ensure financial sustainability
Manage and oversee the financial planning and analysis team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership
Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide recommendations to mitigate potential risks
Develop and maintain key relationships with investors, lenders, and rating agencies
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial information
Requirements:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in a senior financial leadership role (CFO or equivalent)
Proven track record of financial leadership and strategic planning experience in the healthcare industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
