We are seeking an experienced Operations / Business Manager to lead and drive performance across key operational teams. This is a fully on-site role (NO REMOTE) focused on improving productivity, enforcing accountability, and ensuring seamless coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 12 employees across three departments: 4 Estimators, 4 Project Managers, 3 CAD Designers and Accounting
- Drive productivity improvements and overall team performance
- Establish, monitor, and enforce KPIs
- Ensure accountability across teams and maintain high performance standards.
- Oversee workflow coordination between estimating, design, and project management
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations
Schedule & Work Environment
- On-site role – no remote flexibility
- Flexible schedule options:
- 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Designed to support clients across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico
- Very limited travel required
- Candidates must reside within 40 miles of the office
Qualifications
- Required knowledge in warehouse storage racking systems as part of the material handling industry
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
- Strong operations and business management background
- Ability to drive accountability and lead with authority
- Experience implementing and managing KPIs
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
