Role Overview
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the firm. This individual will play a critical role in driving financial strategy, optimizing operational performance, and supporting the company's continued growth and scalability.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in financial leadership within a growth-oriented, multi-entity environment, with the ability to balance strategic vision and hands-on execution.
Duties and responsibilities

Lead all financial functions, including accounting, financial planninganalysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

Partner with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute the company's long-term financial strategy

Build and maintain scalable financial infrastructure to support growth across wealth management, estate planning and tax entities.

Provide insights and recommendations on business performance, profitability, and operational efficiency

Oversee cash flow management, capital allocation, and financial risk management

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards (RIA experience preferred)

Manage relationships with external partners including 3rd party administrators, tax advisors, and banking institutions

Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance across organization.

Evaluate potential M&A opportunities, partnerships, and expansion initiatives

Lead, coach and develop and the finance and accounting team
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA strongly preferred)

15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior-level roles

7+ years of leadership experience

Experience in financial services, wealth management, RIA, or a similar professional services environment preferred

Proven ability to operate in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment

Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills

Experience building financial models and supporting business scaling initiatives

Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization

$350,000 to $450,000 base salary plus bonus
