Role Description
This is a remote, part-time role for a Fractional Go-To-Market Leader. In this role, you will provide strategic guidance and advisory services to clients, leveraging your expertise to define and execute complete GTM systems. Responsibilities include analyzing market opportunities, leading cross-functional teams, building scalable sales strategies, and implementing efficient processes to drive revenue growth for our clients. You’ll also support clients with business development, customer acquisition strategies, and the adoption of innovative tools and technologies to enhance their market positioning.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in GTM strategy development, business scaling, and revenue-driven leadership
- Strong skills in market analysis, forecasting, and development of scalable sales processes
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change
- Familiarity with advanced tools, including AI automation, CRM platforms, and data analytics
- Exceptional communication, client management, and consultative selling skills
- Ability to thrive in a remote and part-time work environment
- Experience within SaaS, technology, or emerging markets is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
