Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics or a related field and 4 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Commercial Strategy & Operations-related occupation.
- Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics or a related field, and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Commercial Strategy & Operations-related occupation.
- Position requires 2 years of experience in the following:
- Root cause analysis of ambiguous business problems or Structured problem-solving for business challenges
- Managing project scope, timelines, and risks for multi-stakeholder initiatives or End-to-end project management for strategic initiatives
- Managing stakeholder expectations and agreed objectives for collaborative projects or Stakeholder engagement to align on project objectives
- Presenting business cases to senior leadership for project approval or Executive influencing for strategic buy-in
- Written and oral communication of business information adapted for different audiences or Strategic communication for diverse business stakeholders

The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $124,000 - $177,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Global Business Organization (GBO) is the engine that powers Google’s full ecosystem of products and services to help customers and partners succeed and grow. GBO includes the commercial arms of Ads sellers, business development teams, and customer services and support, as well as overlay programs that enable coordinated engagement with Google's most complex and important customers and partners.
Responsibilities
- Drive complex, cross-functional projects with end-to-end ownership, ensuring alignment with strategic sales and partnership goals across diverse product areas.
- Provide executive leaders with critical analysis and data-driven recommendations on high-priority topics to influence key decisions and resolve operational inefficiencies.
- Develop clear and persuasive communications to support senior leadership in the Global Partnerships organization, translating complex problems into simple, actionable insights.
- Design and implement business cadences, processes, and reporting frameworks to track progress against objectives and instill strong operational rigor.
- Solve ambiguous business challenges by developing hypotheses, applying a wide range of analytical tools, and formulating optimal, data-backed solutions.
