About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator with deep expertise in CPQ and a forward-looking passion for AI within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will be the go-to platform expert responsible for managing, configuring, and evolving our Salesforce instance — with a heavy focus on CPQ/Revenue Cloud to streamline quote-to-cash processes. You will also champion adoption of Salesforce capabilities to make teams smarter and more productive.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Administration
- Serve as the primary Salesforce Administrator: user management, security (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, OWD), and platform health.
- Manage Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud configurations.
- Build and maintain Flows, validation rules, custom objects/fields, page layouts, record types, and Lightning app configurations.
- Manage sandbox environments, release cycles, change sets, and deployments following DevOps best practices.
- Oversee data management: imports, deduplication, archival, and data quality monitoring.
- Administer AppExchange packages, managed/unmanaged packages, and third-party integrations.
- Provide tier-2/3 support for Salesforce issues; manage a case queue and maintain SLAs.
CPQ / Quote-to-Cash
- Own end-to-end Salesforce CPQ (or Revenue Cloud) administration — product catalogue, price books, pricing rules, discount schedules, bundles, and quote templates.
- Configure complex CPQ approval workflows, advanced approval chains, and guided selling flows.
- Build and optimise quote line editor configurations, product selection filters, and dynamic pricing models (subscriptions, one-time, usage-based).
- Manage quote document generation including advanced merge fields, custom templates, and e-signature integrations (DocuSign, Adobe Sign).
- Ensure CPQ integration with billing systems (Salesforce Billing, Zuora, Chargebee, or ERP) and downstream finance processes.
- Conduct regular CPQ performance tuning — optimise load times, reduce calculation bottlenecks, resolve pricing/discount rule conflicts.
- Support Sales and Deal Desk by troubleshooting quoting issues, onboarding new products/SKUs, and maintaining pricing accuracy.
AI Implementation within Salesforce
- Champion adoption of Einstein Lead Scoring, Opportunity Insights, Activity Capture, and Einstein Forecasting.
- Configure and deploy Agentforce agents for Sales and Service use cases — topic definition, action mapping, and trust layer security.
- Build prompt templates using Salesforce Prompt Builder for AI-assisted email drafting, case summarisation, and record enrichment.
- Work with Salesforce Data Cloud to connect and harmonise data sources for AI models operating on unified customer profiles.
- Evaluate and pilot emerging Salesforce AI features (Einstein Studio, Model Builder, custom predictions) and present business cases.
- Ensure AI governance: manage the Einstein Trust Layer, monitor AI usage/outputs, and educate users on responsible AI practices.
