Job Description
We are looking for a Sr. Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ. In this role, you will develop, customize, and support Salesforce and CPQ solutions aligned with business requirements, while working closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient implementations.
Key Skills
- 3–8 years of experience on the Salesforce platform.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Mandatory experience with Salesforce CPQ, including product setup, pricing configuration, and quoting processes.
- Strong experience in Salesforce Administration, including users, profiles, permission sets, validation rules, flows, and reports.
- Development experience using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce data tools such as Data Loader.
- Good understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and platform best practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills with the ability to work with business stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Configure and support Salesforce Sales Cloud, including Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Products, and Price Books.
- Implement and maintain Salesforce CPQ features such as product configuration, pricing rules, quote templates, approvals, and contract lifecycle processes.
- Perform Salesforce administration tasks, including user setup, access control, automation, and reporting.
- Develop and customize Salesforce functionality using Apex, LWC, Aura Components, and integrations.
- Analyze business requirements and design scalable Salesforce and CPQ solutions.
- Support enhancements, bug fixes, testing, deployments, and ongoing system maintenance.
- Manage data-related activities, including data migration, cleanup, and validation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and customers to ensure successful solution delivery.
