About the Role
SkySun is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to drive operational excellence, team performance, and scalable business processes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building efficient systems, improving execution quality, leading teams, and driving measurable business outcomes in a fast-growing environment.
You will work cross-functionally to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly while continuously identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, accountability, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Lead and oversee day-to-day business operations
- Ensure operational execution aligns with business goals and company standards
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements for higher efficiency
- Establish and maintain scalable operational workflows
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop operations teams
- Set performance expectations and drive accountability
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
- Foster a high-performance and ownership-driven culture
Process Improvement & Execution
- Build and optimize operational SOPs and best practices
- Drive operational excellence initiatives
- Eliminate bottlenecks and improve turnaround times
- Implement structured execution and reporting mechanisms
Performance Management & Analytics
- Define and monitor KPIs and operational dashboards
- Analyze trends and recommend corrective actions
- Use data to improve productivity and business outcomes
- Present operational insights and recommendations to leadership
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with internal stakeholders to improve business processes
- Coordinate across departments for smooth execution
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across functions

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related discipline
- Exposure to operations in international or service-driven environments
