Title: Revenue Operations Manager
Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 base (+ 10–20% bonus typical)
Location: London (hybrid, 2–3 days)
The Opportunity
We’re working with a scaling B2B SaaS business (Series B stage) that’s investing in its GTM infrastructure as it grows. With increasing pipeline complexity and a growing commercial team, they’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to bring structure, visibility and consistency across the revenue engine.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning pipeline reporting, forecasting and performance tracking
- Partnering with Sales leadership to improve conversion and efficiency
- Managing and optimising CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) and core tooling
- Building scalable processes across the lead to revenue lifecycle
- Supporting planning cycles (targets, capacity, coverage)
- Improving data quality and reporting visibility
What they’re looking for
- Experience in RevOps / Sales Ops / GTM Ops in B2B SaaS
- Strong understanding of pipeline, forecasting and reporting
- Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce or HubSpot)
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with GTM teams
- Commercial mindset, not just reporting
