AWS SMGS is looking for a Senior Sales Operations Manager to join their Global Sales Strategy & Operations team in their Scale team. This role combines hands-on analytics with operational excellence and strategic thinking, where you'll use data analysis and modeling to support Sales Leaders in the SMB and Scale teams. You'll play a key role in maintaining business health and driving data-informed strategic decisions across the region.
This role combines technical expertise with business acumen to analyze complex datasets from multiple sources. You'll be instrumental in delivering insights and intelligence that directly impact our decision-making processes.

- Managing sales performance reporting analysis
- Conducting analysis for trends, observations and developing recommendations for sales strategy across EMEA

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
- Experience presenting to senior leadership
