What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Global Sales Operations Associate on a permanent basis within our Operations division. This position falls under our Cross Borders line of business and is based in our London office. In this role you will be an integral part of the Global Sales Operations team in supporting daily deliverables for our global client base specifically the timely delivery of all outbound transactions (ACH, EFT, International and Domestic Wires). You will report directly to the Global Sales Operations Manager and regularly collaborate with operation teams such as Transaction Services, Validation and Settlements, Exception, Wire Investigations and Incoming.

Role Responsibilities
- Validating the data input, ensuring that all relevant information has been obtained and local routing requirements are met.
- Participating in the settlement process of spot and forward orders adhering to specific client details in an efficient and accurate manner.
- Liaising with other members of the team to ensure daily deliverables are met while adhering to the various intraday payment and other cut-offs.
- Supporting a team culture built on client focused support.
- Working closely with internal business units e.g. sales managers to improve service delivery and workflow efficiency.
- Working alongside Global Operations and other stakeholders across Shared Services in building an efficient, scalable operation.
- Liaising with other members of Global Operations to provide subject matter expertise.
- Training and support colleagues on a continuous basis.
- Supporting management in audit requests, refining procedures, and defining service levels.
- Handling 2nd level escalations in a professional manner.
- Complying with all applicable policies, standards, guidelines, and controls; and adhoc projects as requested.
Qualifications & Skills
- Relevant full-time work experience, ideally in operational roles within fintech’s, banks or other financial services companies.
- Exposure to and understanding of global payment formatting requirements (major, minor, and exotic markets).
- Experience with SWIFT banking system, payment processing and payment investigations.
- Degree/ Diploma in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Ability to organize, plan and schedule activities and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills and comfort in dealing with individuals across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fully proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook).
- IT literate with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work independently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately with minimal supervision.
