Hiring: Global Sales Operations Manager (FinTech/RegTech)
Location: London (Hybrid or In-Office)
Sector: AI-Driven Risk Management & Data Integrity
The Opportunity
I am currently partnering with a high-growth technology firm that is changing the game for global institutions. Their AI-driven platform acts as a digital detective, utilising advanced analytics to prevent complex financial discrepancies in real-time.
Following a significant round of investment, they are rapidly expanding their London Tech Hub. They need a strategic heavy-hitter to step into a Global Sales Operations Manager role—a position that sits directly as the "right hand" to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
The Mission
In this role, you aren’t just managing a CRM; you are a strategic advisor to the Go-To-Market leadership team. You will run the "engine room" of the global sales organisation, ensuring processes are frictionless, data is actionable, and the team is equipped to outperform the competition.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisory: Act as the CRO’s key partner, providing the data-driven insights that guide global sales forecasting and high-level decision-making.
- Process Engineering: Analyse and streamline end-to-end sales processes to ensure scalability across the entire business.
- Intelligence & Reporting: Own the delivery of high-quality board reporting and develop robust analytics to track market trends.
- Sales Enablement: Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration on major bids and oversee the development of onboarding and training schemes.
- Tech Stack Ownership: Take full ownership of HubSpot and evaluate new tools to further optimise the sales cycle.
- Performance Management: Establish and monitor the KPIs that foster a high-performance, results-oriented culture.
Your Profile
- Experience: 4+ years in Sales Operations Management, ideally within a fast-paced SaaS or professional services environment.
- The "Owner" Mentality: My client values proactive, outcome-focused individuals who see the big picture rather than just checking off tasks.
- Technical Fluency: Deep expertise in HubSpot and advanced Excel skills are essential for this role.
- Strategic Thinking: The ability to look beyond the numbers to see the "why" and the "what next."
- Communication: You must be comfortable presenting to senior leadership and collaborating across diverse departments.
Why Join This Team?
My client offers a culture that prioritises equality, creativity, and genuine opportunity. They’ve built a top-tier benefits package designed for a real work-life balance:
- Flexibility: Choice of hybrid or in-office work, plus a "Work from Anywhere" policy for one month a year.
- Health & Security: Private healthcare (inc. dental/optical), income protection, and life insurance (4x salary).
- Time Off: 25 days leave + bank holidays, your birthday off, and a dedicated Wellness Day.
- Growth: Backed by recent PE investment, the career trajectory here is immense as the London hub scales.
Please note: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
