Sales Operations Lead | £30,000-£35,000 + bonus. | Office based in Surrey
This is a high-impact, execution-focused role within a fast-scaling digital business, sitting at the core of a key revenue-generating function. As a Sales Operations Lead, you will take ownership of performance across a portfolio of digital accounts, ensuring that systems, processes, and teams are operating efficiently to maximise commercial outcomes.
Combining data-driven decision making with hands-on operational leadership, you’ll play a critical role in improving revenue performance, optimising workflows, and maintaining high execution standards. You’ll also lead and develop a remote team, ensuring alignment, accountability, and consistent delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Account Performance
- Take ownership of operational execution across a portfolio of digital accounts, driving measurable improvements in revenue and retention.
- Lead onboarding processes, ensuring new accounts are integrated smoothly and set up for success.
- Define and optimise pricing structures, subscription models, and monetisation strategies to maximise performance.
- Oversee content positioning and customer journey optimisation to improve engagement and conversion.
- Monitor key performance metrics (e.g. revenue per user, churn, conversion rates), identifying risks and implementing improvements.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities and performance expectations.
Data, Reporting & Insights
- Track and analyse performance data across accounts and teams to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
- Deliver structured reporting with clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
- Flag risks early and recommend solutions to improve performance.
- Ensure leadership has clear and accurate visibility across all operational activity.
Systems & Process Optimisation
- Maintain and enforce operational systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all workflows.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to increase productivity and scalability.
- Propose and support enhancements to systems and tools where needed.
- Ensure standardised execution across all accounts to maintain quality and consistency.
Required Experience and Skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Commercially aware, with an understanding of key performance drivers such as pricing, conversion, and retention.
- Experience managing or coordinating teams, ideally within remote or distributed environments.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable improvements.
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
