Storm2’s client is transforming the way businesses accept and manage payments through modern merchant acquiring technology and intelligent financial tools. Their platform helps companies streamline payment operations, improve reporting visibility, and unlock scalable growth across digital commerce channels.
They’re looking for a strategic and data-driven RevOps / Sales Enablement Manager to support their fast-growing commercial organization. This person will play a key role in improving sales performance, optimizing processes, and building scalable enablement programs across the revenue team.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize sales processes, workflows, and reporting across the revenue organization.
- Partner with sales leadership to improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and CRM hygiene.
- Create and manage enablement programs, onboarding materials, and sales training initiatives.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and operational improvements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Sales Enablement within SaaS or fintech.
- Strong experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills in fast-paced environments.
