At CapFront, technology, analytics, and operational excellence drive everything we do. As demand for our platform continues to scale, we're looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to help power the engine behind our sales organization.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is analytical, highly organized, naturally curious, and excited to learn how a real revenue organization operates from the inside out.
What You'll Do
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you’ll sit at the intersection of sales, technology, analytics, and operations. You’ll help optimize the systems and processes that keep our sales floor running efficiently while giving leadership visibility into performance and growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Own day-to-day Salesforce administration and support, including pipeline management, reports, dashboards, workflows, automations, and data hygiene
- Build and maintain reporting that powers our sales organization, including:
- Pipeline coverage
- Conversion rates
- Rep activity metrics
- Funded volume tracking
- Time-to-fund reporting
- Commission calculations
- Analyze operational and sales data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Help streamline and document pre-submission and lender-submission workflows to improve speed and execution
- Track lender partner KPIs including approval rates, decline reasons, response times, and average offer quality
- Assist with onboarding and operationalizing new lender relationships as our marketplace expands
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Executives, underwriting, operations, and leadership teams
- Leverage a modern fintech tech stack including Salesforce, Dialpad, Pardot, DocuSign, Heron Data, and Plaid

Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, analytics, finance, or a related role (internships count)
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and general data cleanup
- Hands-on Salesforce experience preferred (Trailhead coursework or certifications in progress are a plus)
- Interest in fintech, financial services, sales operations, or revenue operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree required
Bonus Points For:
- Salesforce Reports & Dashboards experience
- Salesforce Flow knowledge
- Salesforce Admin certification (or in progress)
- Experience working with CRM systems or operational reporting

Compensation
Starting Base Salary: $60,000 – $80,000
(Compensation dependent on experience)
