Sales Operations & Lead Generation Coordinator

GLDS is looking for a motivated, early-career Sales Operations & Lead Generation Coordinator who wants to build a career in sales operations, outbound prospecting, and modern lead generation.
This is not a passive support role. We are looking for someone who is naturally driven, curious, and hungry to learn. We will provide access to HubSpot, Clay, AI-powered prospecting, and sales operations training resources, but we are not looking for someone who needs constant direction or motivation. The right candidate will take ownership, ask questions, figure things out, experiment, improve processes, and push lead generation efforts forward.
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys learning independently, applying new technology, and continuously improving their skills and results.
If you enjoy learning new technology, solving problems, researching companies and contacts, and creating opportunities through outbound engagement, this role is a strong fit.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Research companies, decision-makers, and target markets
- Build prospect lists and outbound campaigns
- Learn and use HubSpot, Clay, AI tools, and automation platforms
- Support outbound outreach through email, phone, LinkedIn, and marketing sequences
- Help identify and uncover new sales opportunities
Sales Operations Support
- Keep CRM records organized and accurate
- Track leads, outreach activity, and campaign performance
- Assist with follow-up communication and pipeline organization
- Support the sales team with reporting and administrative tasks
Learning & Growth
- Continuously learn new tools, workflows, and sales strategies
- Improve processes and suggest better ways to generate leads
- Take initiative to solve problems without waiting to be told what to do
- Develop skills in modern sales operations and revenue generation

Preferred but Not Required
- Experience with HubSpot Marketing HubSpot Sales or CRM systems
- Experience with outbound sales, lead generation, or customer outreach
- Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, or prospecting software
- Experience in marketing, business development, or sales support
WORK MODEL
This is a hybrid role based in Carlsbad, CA. Team members are expected to be onsite three days per week, with remote flexibility two days per week.
Remote candidates within the U.S. may be considered if they demonstrate a strong history of self-management, accountability, and performance.
