RevOps Analyst
£45,000–£60,000 DOE
Cardiff | Hybrid working (3 days in office)
Our client is entering a major growth and transformation phase following significant investment and an ambitious go-to-market reset. Approaching its 10th anniversary, the business has built a strong reputation within the cyber security sector, supporting mid-market organisations through long-term subscription-led services with exceptionally high retention rates. As the company scales into its next chapter, they are investing heavily in systems, reporting, and commercial operations to create a more sophisticated, data-driven revenue engine capable of supporting continued expansion.
The RevOps Analyst will become a key operational partner to the Head of GTM, supporting Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Channel, and commercial systems strategy. This is not a maintenance-focused RevOps role - it requires a builder mentality. You’ll take ownership of transforming a complex HubSpot environment into a reliable commercial operating system that improves forecasting, pipeline visibility, attribution, and customer lifecycle management. The RevOps Analyst will play a critical role in helping the business move from reactive reporting to proactive decision-making across recurring subscription revenue and one-off services.
