Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Operations Executive located in Delhi, India. The Sales Operations Executive will be responsible for managing daily sales operations, analyzing sales data, and providing insights to improve performance. They will work closely with the management to streamline processes, ensure excellent customer service, and support lead management. The role will also involve maintaining accurate records and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Operations and a strong understanding of sales processes
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
