Role Overview
Lead the end-to-end go-to-market function for an enterprise conversational BI platform focused on natural language to SQL for SAP and enterprise data systems.
Own demand generation, enterprise sales, pre-sales, customer success, and account expansion from early pilots through enterprise-scale deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive GTM strategy including positioning, demand generation, partnerships, and outbound sales
- Own pipeline management, pricing, commercial negotiations, and deal closures
- Lead discovery, demos, POCs, and solutioning with engineering teams
- Manage POC-to-production conversion and customer expansion
- Build and scale GTM functions across sales, pre-sales, and customer success
- Manage enterprise customer relationships across regulated industries
Required Experience
- 5+ years in enterprise SaaS sales or GTM, including 3+ years in leadership roles
- Experience selling data, analytics, BI, or AI platforms to enterprise buyers
- Proven ownership of $1M+ ARR targets and enterprise deal cycles
- Strong exposure to enterprise procurement, security, compliance, and governance processes
Preferred Experience
- Background in AI, analytics, BI, or data platform SaaS companies
- Familiarity with SAP BW, HANA, or S/4 ecosystems
- Experience selling on-premise or air-gapped enterprise solutions
- Network within banking, healthcare, or government sectors
