Job Title: Fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Performance First

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly strategic and execution-driven Fractional CFO to manage and scale the financial operations of our multi-business group across Real Estate sectors.
This is a performance-first role with strong upside linked to fundraising, profitability, and financial optimization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in investor management, fundraising, and multi-industry financial leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business growth
- Build financial models, forecasts, and budgets across verticals
- Set up strong MIS, dashboards, and reporting systems
Investor Relations & Fundraising (Core Responsibility)
- Lead fundraising (Equity/Debt) initiatives
- Prepare investor decks, financial projections, and due diligence materials
- Build and manage relationships with investors, VCs, HNIs, and institutions
Real Estate Financial Management
- Project feasibility analysis, IRR/ROI modeling
- Manage project-level cash flow and funding
- Ensure compliance with RERA and regulatory frameworks
Education / EdTech Finance
- Track and optimize CAC, LTV, and unit economics
- Improve revenue models (online/offline programs)
- Drive profitability and pricing strategy
Jewellery Business Finance
- Manage working capital, inventory financing, and gold valuation
- Optimize stock turnover and margins
- Ensure compliance with taxation and audits
Compliance & Governance
- Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, and audit processes
- Strengthen internal financial controls and governance
- Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, and consultants
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
- Funds Raised (Equity/Debt)
- Revenue Growth & Profitability Improvement
- Cost Optimization Achieved
- Cash Flow & Working Capital Efficiency
- Financial Systems & Reporting Implementation
Compensation Structure (Performance-First)
- Monthly Retainer: Up to ₹1,50,000
- Fundraising Incentive: 1% – 3% of funds raised
- Performance Bonus: Linked to profit growth/cost savings
Candidate Requirements
- CA / MBA Finance (preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles
- Proven experience in: Real Estate Finance, EdTech / Education Business, Jewellery Industry
- Fundraising & Investor Management (must-have)
- Strong analytical, strategic, and execution skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Preferred Profile
- Experience as Fractional / Virtual CFO
- Strong investor network (VCs, HNIs, Family Offices)
- Experience managing multi-business/group structures
