We are looking for a Business Operations Team Leader to join our Business Operations team in central Manchester. The ideal individual will be self-motivated and positive with a 'can-do' approach to ensuring comprehensive reprographics, post room and archiving service.

Our Team
Our Manchester Business Operations team currently consists of 2 Business Operations Assistants, responsible for providing Reprographics, Post Room and Archiving services to colleagues and clients. This forms part of the wider Business Operations team, including Facilities and Reception.
Core Responsibilities
This is an on-site role. Reporting to the Assistant Facilities Manager, you will oversee and assist in providing Business Operations support, delivering high quality work, ensuring the most cost-effective services are used.
- You will manage the Business Operations team, conduct annual appraisals setting team objectives and assist in recruitment processes when required.
- You will be the escalation point of contact for any internal queries and the main point of contact for external stationery and courier suppliers, attending meetings on an ad hoc basis.
- You will support in the completion of day-to-day jobs within Archive, Post Room and Reprographics services, ensuring all time critical deadlines are met.
- You will focus on individual team development and implement processes to improve team performance.
- You will work closely with the contracts manager, building and maintaining close relationships with external suppliers.
- Attend and lead quarterly Team Leader calls with UK office Team Leaders, occasionally taking minutes and circulating to senior managers.
- You will be flexible and willing to cover team absences, manage shift rotas between the hours of 8am - 6pm, working overtime when required.
- You will work directly with Real Estate partners to carry out 6 monthly deed audits liaising with other UK offices throughout the process to find any missing original documents. Reporting any findings to the Quality & Risk team.
- Assist reception in conducting new starter Health & Safety inductions.
- Occasional travel to other UK offices may be required.

You
You will have previous experience of working in a mail, reprographics and archiving role in a similar capacity - within a professional office environment. You will be a team player and have a natural capability to lead a team with the ability to listen and give clear instructions. A client focused 'can-do' approach and ability to use your own initiative to ensure delivery, is key.
You will need to be flexible and willing to train and assist in other departments, if required to do so. IT skills, a working knowledge of Microsoft packages and the ability to quickly learn new systems is essential.
