Sales Operations Assistant

We are entering an exciting new phase of growth and are looking for an organized, ambitious, self-starting Sales Operations Assistant to help support our sales process, improve office operations, and play a key role in the continued growth of the company.

About the Role
This is a hybrid role combining sales support, client communication, office operations, and process management. You will work closely with leadership and our sales team to help manage deal flow, improve follow-up, support client and vendor communication, and keep internal operations running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Track active sales opportunities, proposals, and deals in progress
- Help manage follow-up with prospective clients, existing clients, builders, designers, and trade partners
- Support communication with our existing book of business to identify service needs, upgrades, referrals, and new opportunities
- Help improve the speed, consistency, and organization of our sales process
- Manage and route incoming company communication, including sales, customer service, vendor, and general office requests
- Support back-office organization, documentation, workflows, scheduling, and internal processes
- Assist leadership with administrative, organizational, and project coordination tasks as needed

Compensation
Compensation will depend on experience, skill set, and the final structure of the role.
