We are seeking a strategic and innovative Director of Support & Transformation to lead the modernization of a growing Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operation. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced healthcare RCM professional who thrives on building scalable infrastructure, transforming operations, and driving cultural change.
This role goes beyond traditional operations leadership — you will serve as the architect of a unified RCM support ecosystem, integrating analytics, training, compliance, and operational connectivity into a collaborative, future-focused model.
🔎 What You’ll Lead
- Direct and mentor multidisciplinary teams across Connectivity/Master Data, RCM Analytics, Learning & Development, and Compliance Support
- Develop and execute a 1–3 year transformation roadmap focused on automation, system optimization, and operational excellence
- Oversee RCM data flows, interfaces, and reconciliations to improve billing accuracy and reduce manual work
- Partner with BI and technical teams to transition reporting into automated, self-service operational insights
- Build and lead the organization’s first “RCM Academy,” including standardized training programs and learning paths
- Drive change management initiatives that promote accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Serve as a strategic liaison between RCM, Operations, Technology, and Commercial teams during onboarding and organizational growth
✅ Required Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of progressive experience within Revenue Cycle Management, EMS, or Healthcare Operations
- Proven experience leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives involving systems integration and operational transformation
- Strong understanding of automation, workflow optimization, API/connectivity concepts, and business-to-technical translation
- Exceptional analytical and financial acumen with experience leveraging KPIs and operational benchmarks to improve performance
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- EMS/Ambulance billing industry experience
- Experience designing corporate training programs or “Train-the-Trainer” models
- Vendor management and third-party RCM technology experience
