Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Location: Lodhi Road
Role Summary
The CFO will lead the institution’s financial planning, budgeting, accounting, compliance, audit, and financial reporting functions. The role involves supporting management with strategic financial decisions and ensuring effective financial controls and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial plans, and forecasts.
- Oversee accounting, taxation, audits, and statutory compliance.
- Monitor cash flow, financial reporting, and fund utilization.
- Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Lead and manage the finance & accounts team.
Qualifications & Experience
- CA / MBA Finance / CMA or equivalent qualification.
- 15+ years of relevant finance and accounts experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, budgeting, and compliance.
