About the role
We're looking for a proactive, detail‑driven Sales Operations Specialist to support the smooth execution and performance of our Consumer Sales team.
Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, this hands‑on role sits at the centre of sales activity, supporting workflow management, governance, communication and sales enablement. You'll work closely with Sales and cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate information flow, strong systems adoption and operational excellence that delivers results.
What you'll be doing
You'll play a key role in supporting a high‑performing sales team by keeping systems, processes and communication running seamlessly. This is a collaborative, hands‑on role where your work directly enables execution, visibility and consistency across the business.
- Support the administration of monday.com, our core workflow management platform, including new product launch uploads, project boards and dashboards.
- Champion platform adoption and data quality through user support, onboarding, auditing usage and proactive follow‑ups.
- Deliver strong sales operations governance, including inventory audits, account ownership updates, workplace safety platform administration and general sales administration.
- Own and manage sales communications, ensuring timely, accurate and consistent updates across the business.
- Administer and maintain the Sales Intranet page, keeping information current and accessible.
- Create and support sales presentations and content, producing clear, high‑quality, field‑facing materials that enable strong storytelling.
- Actively participate in regular sales meetings to stay aligned with priorities, initiatives and operational needs.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure sales operations support remains aligned with business objectives.
What we're looking for
- Administration experience using monday.com or similar workflow / project management tools.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel) and supporting sales or business operations.
- Highly organised, detail‑focused and comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong ability to build relationships, with excellent written and verbal communication skills for multi-channel audiences.
- A proactive, self‑starting mindset with strong motivation to deliver outcomes.
- Confidence working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
- A solutions‑focused approach with the ability to support teams through clear systems and processes.
Nice to have
- Understanding of Bunnings operations and ways of working.
- Experience supporting sales teams, retail or consumer‑focused environments.
- Exposure to sales enablement content, presentations or internal communications.
