Osborne Wood Products, Inc., a progressive Georgia-based company founded in 1979, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Assistant to support daily operations across multiple departments including Accounting, Marketing, Operations, and Special Projects.
This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys working in a collaborative environment while also managing responsibilities independently. The successful candidate will help improve internal processes, support operational initiatives, and assist departments with organizational and administrative functions essential to company growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Activities will include, but are not limited to:
- Support daily accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial data entry
- Assist with journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger support
- Provide operational and administrative support for marketing initiatives and projects
- Assist management with special projects, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
- Work within the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to support workflow development and operational efficiency
- Coordinate communication and project tasks between departments
- Organize, maintain, and analyze operational data and reports
- Assist with documentation and development of department procedures and processes
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
- Experience of 1-3 years in business operations, accounting, administration, marketing, or related fields preferred
- Minimum of High School Diploma/GED, preferred business/accounting certification
- Experience working with technical teams or software/process enhancements is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced business environment

Compensation
Compensation will be based upon experience and qualifications.
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
