What you'll do
- Lead daily operations and keep the practice running smoothly
- Help drive team accountability, communication, and performance
- Coordinate schedules, systems, workflows, and patient experience
- Monitor KPIs, production goals, collections, and operational efficiency
- Support hiring, onboarding, and team development
- Help manage growth initiatives, marketing coordination, and practice expansion projects
- Problem-solve quickly and proactively before issues become bigger problems
- Work closely with leadership to improve systems and strengthen culture

- Compensation: $35–40/hour + performance incentives
- Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in business operations leadership/management
- Dental experience is preferred, but strong operational leadership matters most
