Stable10 is supporting a global technology organization in the search for a senior Revenue Operations leader to support a major finance and operational transformation journey.
The business is continuing to evolve toward a more subscription, SaaS, and recurring-revenue driven operating model, creating increasing complexity across order-to-cash operations, systems infrastructure, automation, and global revenue governance.
This is a highly visible leadership opportunity operating at the intersection of Finance, Revenue Operations, Systems, and commercial execution within a sophisticated global environment.
The role offers the chance to help architect scalable revenue infrastructure, modernize operational processes, influence systems strategy, and support the next phase of transformation across a large global business.
What You’ll Do
- Lead operational revenue initiatives across a complex global environment
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Sales, Deal Desk, and executive leadership teams
- Drive systems modernization initiatives across Oracle, Salesforce, RevPro, and broader revenue infrastructure
- Support operational integration tied to acquisitions, divestitures, and evolving business models
- Lead automation and process improvement initiatives focused on scalability, efficiency, and controls
- Help shape governance frameworks supporting global order-to-revenue operations
- Support transformation initiatives tied to subscription, SaaS, and recurring revenue environments
- Build scalable operational processes capable of supporting long-term growth
What You Bring
- Extensive Revenue Operations or Revenue Accounting leadership experience within large-scale technology or software-driven businesses
- Strong ASC 606 foundation within systems-heavy environments
- Experience leading complex cross-functional transformation initiatives
- Deep understanding of global order-to-cash processes and revenue infrastructure
- Strong ERP / CRM systems exposure across Oracle, Salesforce, RevPro, or similar platforms
- Ability to operate effectively across both technical accounting and operational leadership environments
- Comfort leading through ambiguity, scale, and organizational transformation
