Roles & Responsibilities
* Conduct daily and weekly sales cadence meetings and track execution against targets
* Ensure timely follow-ups on leads, proposals, meetings, and customer interactions
* Maintain CRM hygiene and update pipeline stages accurately
* Monitor pipeline movement and proactively escalate stalled deals
* Track sales KPIs including conversions, deal velocity, and SLA adherence
* Prepare weekly dashboards and execution reports for leadership reviews
* Coordinate between sales teams, management, and stakeholders
* Improve sales playbooks, SOPs, templates, and CRM workflows
* Drive accountability and execution discipline within the sales team
* Work independently in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
Experience
Strong 4 - 9 years of experience in Sales Operations/ Founder’s Office / Business Operations / Consulting roles
Experience working with global B2B sales teams and multi-region sales coordination
Preferred Qualification, Specialization
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BE/BTech) and/or Management Degree (MBA/PGDM)
from a recognized institution
Proficiency in CRM platforms, Google suite and MS Office
