Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Business Operations Specialist. The successful candidate will manage and optimize operational processes, analyze business data, support process improvement initiatives, and ensure efficient resource allocation. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-departmental teams to identify areas for operational enhancements and providing support to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Proficiency in identifying process inefficiencies and implementing solutions
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
