PE‑Backed CFO | Tech‑Enabled Educational Services Platform
Finatal is partnering with a private equity group to appoint a Chief Financial Officer for a tech‑enabled services platform serving a diversified base of institutional partners and international customers.
The business has scaled significantly since inception, reaching over $150m in revenue at its peak, and operates on long‑term, performance‑based agreements across a global delivery model. Following a recent recapitalization, the company is navigating a temporarily constrained revenue environment driven by external market dynamics, while maintaining strong underlying demand. With a resilient profitability profile, the business is positioned to return to sustained growth and materially expand EBITDA ahead of a planned exit.
Backed by an experienced investor group, the Company is entering a new phase of operational maturation and value creation. This is an opportunity for a hands‑on, private‑capital‑experienced CFO to partner closely with the CEO and investors to build financial and operational rigor and improve performance.
