Job Overview
The Sales Operations Coordinator is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys keeping things moving behind the scenes. This role supports both Sales and Operations by managing orders, coordinating communication, and helping ensure a smooth flow from order entry through shipping
Duties
- Process customer purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Send order confirmations and communicate updates to customers
- Serve as a point of contact for order status and general inquiries
- Review pricing and product details for accuracy before release
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales team
- Maintain accurate customer and order data in CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Assist with quotes, project tracking, and sales documentation
- Support Territory Managers with materials and information
- Prepare and coordinate shipping documentation (bills of lading, freight details, etc.)
- Partner with internal teams and carriers to ensure timely order movement
- Support inventory checks and verify receiving documentation
- Manage consumables such as packaging, supplies, and office materials
- Maintain vendor information and pricing records
- Coordinate basic facility service needs and repairs
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Operations, and other departments

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,500.00 per year
