Eatcouver is a Vancouver-based social media content agency helping restaurants, food & beverage brands, and consumer businesses grow through authentic, high-quality content.
Our Instagram accounts reach a highly engaged local audience, and we're a young group of high-achieving people, aiming to optimize and grow as fast as possible. The Role
We're looking for an outgoing, organized, and people-first Sales & Client Relations Coordinator to spearhead our outreach and client communication across our Instagram properties. You'll be the first impression of Eatcouver for many potential partners, making warmth, professionalism, and clear communication incredibly important.
This is fundamentally not a hard-sell, cold-call type of role. You'll be educating business owners about what we do, following up on leads, and making sure every restaurant who works with us feels properly taken care of.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing inbound and outbound DM, email, and text outreach across our Instagram accounts
- Booking and attending calls via Google Meet and occasional in-person sessions in Vancouver
- Clearly explaining our content packages and pricing to prospective clients
- Following up with leads, nurturing relationships, and moving deals through our pipeline
- Delivering excellent post-sale customer service and acting as a liaison between clients and our content team
- Identifying opportunities to improve our outreach workflows and systems
- Using AI tools and Google Suite to work smarter and stay organized
What We're Looking For
- Experience in sales, client relations, account management, or a related role
- A high-striving, growth-oriented individual who takes pride in doing excellent work. We have high standards, and we’re looking for someone excited to learn, improve, and grow with a team that is constantly raising the bar.
- Fluent English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication
- Outgoing, personable, and confident representing a brand in person and on camera
- Highly organized with strong follow-through - i.e., you don't let things fall through the cracks
- Comfortable framing and presenting deliverables and pricing in a consultative way
- Proficient using the Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency
- Based in Metro Vancouver with the ability to travel to Vancouver proper as needed
- Bonus: familiarity with Instagram, food/hospitality, or the local Vancouver restaurant scene
