With multiple new product launches and increasing operational complexity, we’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to help build the infrastructure and processes that support the next phase of scale.
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly analytical and operationally minded Revenue Operations Manager to help build and scale the RevOps function from the ground up.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys operating in fast-moving environments and wants meaningful ownership inside a high-growth fintech business. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, and leadership to improve forecasting, streamline processes, optimize funnel performance, and build scalable operational systems across the go-to-market organization.
The role is ideal for someone who has experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, GTM Strategy, or Business Operations and wants the chance to step into a highly visible role with broad impact and strong growth potential.
What You’ll Do
Revenue Operations & Process Building
- Help build the operational foundation across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success
- Improve pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and revenue reporting processes
- Develop scalable workflows and operational processes that support rapid company growth
- Support territory planning, lead routing, lifecycle management, and GTM process optimization
Sales & Funnel Optimization
- Analyze funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion and sales efficiency
- Build dashboards and reporting across pipeline, activation, retention, and revenue metrics
- Partner with GTM leadership to improve operational execution and performance visibility
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements
Systems & Automation
- Help manage and optimize the GTM tech stack including CRM, automation, and analytics tools
- Build workflows and automation that reduce manual work and improve team efficiency
- Maintain clean data structures and reporting consistency across systems
- Support implementation of new tools and operational infrastructure as the business scales
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams
- Support leadership with reporting, insights, and operational analysis
- Help establish KPIs, reporting standards, and operating rhythms across teams
- Contribute to operational support for new product launches and GTM initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, GTM Strategy, or similar roles
- Experience working in high-growth B2B SaaS or fintech environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into operational insights
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Comfortable building processes in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Preferred Experience
- Experience in fintech, payments, banking, lending, or embedded finance
- Familiarity with funnel analytics, forecasting, and GTM reporting
- Exposure to automation tooling, BI platforms, or SQL
- Experience supporting scaling go-to-market teams
