About the Role
We’re looking for a highly strategic and hands-on Revenue Operations Leader to build and scale the RevOps function from the ground up.
This is a high-impact role at a company experiencing rapid growth and expanding product adoption. You’ll work directly with executive leadership to design the systems, processes, reporting infrastructure, and operational frameworks that power revenue growth across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys building from zero to one, and can combine strategic thinking with operational execution. You’ll have significant ownership, visibility, and influence over how the go-to-market organization scales.
What You’ll Do
Revenue Operations & GTM Strategy
- Build and own the Revenue Operations function across the business
- Design scalable operational processes that improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and revenue predictability
- Partner with leadership on strategic planning, growth initiatives, territory design, quota planning, and expansion strategy
- Develop operational frameworks that support aggressive company growth while maintaining process discipline
Sales & Funnel Optimization
- Improve sales efficiency through funnel analysis, pipeline optimization, and process automation
- Build reporting infrastructure and dashboards across pipeline, conversion, retention, expansion, and revenue metrics
- Identify bottlenecks across the customer lifecycle and implement scalable solutions
- Drive forecasting processes and executive reporting cadences
Systems & Infrastructure
- Own and optimize the GTM tech stack including CRM, automation, analytics, and customer systems
- Build scalable workflows and automation that improve productivity and reduce manual work
- Ensure clean data architecture, reporting consistency, and operational integrity across systems
- Evaluate and implement new tools that support growth and operational efficiency
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as a strategic partner across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, Finance, and Product
- Help leadership make data-driven decisions through actionable insights and operational visibility
- Build alignment across teams around KPIs, reporting standards, and operating rhythms
- Support new product launches and evolving go-to-market motions as the company scales
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or GTM Strategy within high-growth B2B SaaS or fintech environments
- Experience building RevOps infrastructure in scaling or early-stage companies
- Strong understanding of modern GTM systems, funnel management, forecasting, and operational analytics
- Deep experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into operational strategy
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working closely with executive leadership teams
Preferred Experience
- Experience in fintech, payments, banking, lending, or embedded finance
- Exposure to SMB-focused products or vertical SaaS ecosystems
- Experience supporting multi-product GTM motions
- Familiarity with SQL, BI tooling, automation platforms, or GTM engineering workflows
