As we expand, we are looking for a Business Operations & Strategy Analyst to help shape our growth, optimise our processes, and drive smarter decision-making across the business.
Role Overview
This role sits at the heart of the business. You will work closely with the founder to analyse performance, improve operations, and support strategic growth across retail and e-commerce channels.
You will turn data into insights, ideas into action, and help build systems that allow the business to scale effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse sales performance across online and retail channels
Identify trends, customer behaviours, and growth opportunities
Support pricing, promotions, and product strategy decisions
Improve operational processes (order fulfilment, stock management, customer experience)
Develop reports and dashboards to track key business metrics
Assist in planning and executing business growth strategies
Work closely with marketing to align campaigns with sales performance
Support supplier and inventory planning decisions
Recommend tools, systems, or automation to improve efficiency
Essential Skills & Experience
Experience in business analysis, operations, or strategy (retail or e-commerce preferred)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (data analysis, reporting)
Understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Amazon, or similar)
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills with a proactive mindset
Desirable (Not Essential)
Experience working in a start-up or small business
Knowledge of the beauty, hair, or cosmetics industry
Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or CRM systems
Experience in digital marketing analytics
