We are looking for a part time Sales Operations & Admin all rounder to join our growing distribution business in the Rugby / Lutterworth area.
The shape of it
• 2 days a week (days flexible — we'll agree what works for both sides)
• £13/hour
• Based on site at LE17 4HE
• Working directly with me and our small ops team
The job, in plain English
Some days you're processing orders, reconciling payments in Xero and chasing quotes. Other days you're on the trade counter taking card payments from walk in customers, or in the warehouse helping with goods-in. It's a properly varied role and no two days look the same.
You'll be a great fit if you:
• Like switching between a desk, the warehouse floor and a customer facing counter in the same day
• Pick up new software quickly (we run modern, in house systems)
• Are organised, numerate and proactive about flagging problems
• Have a full UK driving licence + own car (our site needs it)
Bonus points for: warehouse, trade counter or wholesale experience, Xero familiarity, or a background in distribution.
What you get
£13/hr · 16 hrs across 2 flexible days · monthly BACS · 20 days holiday + bank holidays (pro-rated) · on-site parking and working with a team that genuinely enjoys what they do.
Right to work in the UK required.
