Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to lead organizational readiness, user adoption, training, and communication efforts for a global Salesforce Revenue Management / Quote-to-Cash transformation initiative.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end change management activities for a Salesforce Revenue Management implementation
- Develop and execute communication, training, and adoption strategies
- Partner with implementation teams and internal stakeholders to drive organizational readiness
- Build scalable change management best practices and processes from the ground up
- Create training materials, communications, user guides, and enablement artifacts
- Support global user groups across sales, finance, order management, and fulfillment teams
- Translate technical system and process changes into business-friendly messaging and training
- Track adoption metrics, effectiveness, and change readiness across impacted teams
- Drive stakeholder engagement and user buy-in throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Collaborate cross-functionally across multiple workstreams and program teams
- Establish measurable KPIs and data-driven success metrics for change initiatives
- Conduct organizational readiness assessments and identify adoption risks across regions and teams
- Train users directly on new lead-to-cash and quote-to-cash workflows and processes
Minimum Requirements:
- 5 years of enterprise change management experience
- Strong experience supporting Salesforce CPQ, ARM, or Quote-to-Cash transformations
- Deep understanding of lead-to-cash / quote-to-cash business processes
- Experience supporting enterprise system implementations
- Proven ability to build and execute change management strategies at the strategic level
- Hands-on experience delivering user training and enablement
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, finance, operations, and enablement teams
- Ability to translate technical processes into end-user training and communications
- Experience creating measurable adoption metrics and tracking outcomes
- Experience managing global change initiatives across multiple regions and time zones
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud / Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM)
- Background partnering with RevOps or Sales Enablement teams
- Experience building change management infrastructure in low-process-maturity environments
- Prior experience supporting large-scale global Salesforce implementations
